APPLICATIONS are now open for the South Australian Grain Industry Trust’s 2020 round of funding for research projects to further improve the SA grain industry.
Grain growers, researchers and agronomists have the opportunity to influence the grain research landscape in South Australia by providing feedback in the South Australian Grain Industry Trust (SAGIT) survey.
THE South Australian Grain Industry Trust (SAGIT) has awarded almost $2 million towards 18 research projects in its 2019 funding program. The successful projects – which were chosen from a pool of more than 35 applicants – include diverse topics ranging from improving on-farm grain storage to a wheat production competition for high school students.
